		<description>You can leave them outside over the winter. I&#039;m not sure how cold hardy the mycelia are, i.e. if there is some die-back at the surface, but from what I&#039;ve read, as long as the shiitakes are established, there isn&#039;t a problem.</description>

		<description>Hey! Great instructions. So you may not get mushrooms until next year? What do you do with the logs during the winter? Do they have to stay in a sheltered warm area or can you leave them outside?</description>
